3/ How good is the actual ezine? Does it have informative, unique content, or is it just an ad rag? Without content how many people do you think read it?
4/ How many subscribers does it have? Again this could be tricky. 300 highly targeted readers, is better that 3000 luke warm prospects. Still the number of subscribers should reflect in the price.
5/ Are there usually high quality ads featured in the ezine. Remember you must compete for attention.
6/ Can you get free ezine ads? There may be a couple of ways to make this happen. You could propose an ad swap. Your ad in their ezine, theirs in yours. You could make a deal where he promotes your product for a percentage of the profits.
